Dear Students...
I am glad that all of you have chosen this subject as your optional paper. If I correctly remember , up to now, there are about 45 students currently registered for this paper. Enrolling yourselves as cyber law's students will mean that you are prepared yourselves to learn and participate interactively in the class. I am looking forward to see all of you today and hoping that we will work enthusiastically together through out the semester.
